Our story
Wearable Avionics was created by a Canadian aerospace engineer/ passionate skydiver. It was born from our vision to help skydivers worldwide reach their maximum potential. Our role is to offer an easy way to access advanced flight analytics.
Our mission
Our mission is to bring the next generation of flight computers for skydivers.
With many great projects, our first focus was to develop a wearable high performance GPS flight computer, paired with a data driven visualization software.
Our technology is currently developed in collaboration with the L-TIPS lab at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR). We also benefit from the support of CEI Desjardins, UQTR’s startup incubator.
the results
To achieve our goals, we have developed Expedite. A data logger built with a wide array of sensors to provide analytics with unmatched precision. Paired with live audio feedback and our data visualization software, it truly is the fruit of our mission.
